Recently, I purchased two pairs of shoes that were scheduled to be delivered through the authentication center in Moonachie. Both pairs were authenticated on February 6th, and I suspect they may have been part of a substantial shipment sent to the United States Postal Service. However, they remained silent until today. The less expensive pair was finally dispatched from New Jersey this morning, while the more expensive pair is still in limbo. The status message indicates “package acceptance pending.” Given that the delivery date has passed, I am considering filing a “did not receive” claim. However, I contacted the seller regarding this matter about which he was as confused as I was. They promptly shipped the shoes on eBay, indicating that they are not responsible for any subsequent events, and it’s all eBay’s responsibility. As a new user of the platform, I am uncertain whether filing a claim may negatively impact their reputation (which I would not wish to do). I also wouldn’t want the order to be cancelled just because USPS isn’t diligent. Therefore, I would appreciate any guidance on t what to do next.

It is a eBay problem with authenticity in New Jersey and then to New York.
It's not a seller's problem unless they fail in the authentic scene.
The authenticity can be slow as molasses sometimes.
Not a USPS problem as well.
You are covered through eBay as far as a refund.
When does it the items sold state : 'Delivery : estimated date of delivery...?

Understood. So when USPS tracking says that the package is waiting to be accepted, does it mean that the authentication centre still has it?
Today was the final date as per eBay. I was notified that the authentication was done on the 6th and will reach me by the 14th.

'reach me by the 14th'...it states only the 14th or between Feb 14th and Feb.....'?
Could be just a business day late...maybe Monday.
You can open a claim through eBay 'item not received' on Monday if they don't show up.
Tracking can sometimes be wrong so I wouldn't try to decipher what it means..."...center still has it?"
