Is shipping charge refunded when ebay resolves a case in buyer's favor?

I received an item that was missing a part clearly shown in a photo in the item description.  I wrote the seller who did not respond.  I ask eBay to step in, and the case was decided in my favor.  I was told to return the item to the seller and was able to print a no-cost to me postage label.  My question is, will ebay refund both the cost of the item and the shipping charge I paid the seller?  I can't tell from the info I got from eBay.   It only referred to the item cost being refunded.

Hmm, which reason did you choose from the list?

I think I chose doesn't work.  Then later I described that the photo was deceptive and didn't match the item.
