Is it possible to print a shipping label without the instructions?

Yes, there should be a checkbox to print the label only.

when you click "print label" in Ebay, when the label comes up, look above the "Expected Delivery" on the right near the top of the page above the label itself.
It will say: Printer & Label Preferences.
