How can i touch with ebay for a refund (request case was opened)

Hi,

I would like to contact with the ebay team, because my seller did not refund me (After he cancelled my buying, after i paid him)

I opened a request case, waited 10 days, and my seller did not rerspond me.

My problem is, that i do not beleive, that this time the only way is to make a phone call to ebay team (from Hungary to USA).

I attache my request case -you can look at it-, but i can not see another way to touch ebay. Is it true?!

Click on View request details.

Then click Ask eBay to step in.

You might have to wait until later tonight to ask eBay to step in. The link will appear on your request details page at the same time you originally opened the request
