Is ebay international still capped at $600? My listings no longer ship international

I got converted today to Ebay International. I notice my listings over $600 no longer offer international even though its enabled for Ebay International Shipping. 

What is the current limit? This is awful if suddenly half my listings lose international access.

This item isnt shipping international either. I hahe it for $199 and its new in box shoe category.

@agemelee   The $ threshold is $600 or $2500 depending on the country its being sent to.

Here is the statement from eBay staff on 3.8.23 monthly chat

"The current value limit through the program has been increased to $2500 for most counties. We are working to increase this to other countries depending on US exports requirements."

@agemelee  r u sure u have the int'l shipping set up properly from the listing's creation?

Thats currently not true then. Because i have items listed that lost interntional. I have sunglasses over $700 and none are shipping international now anywhere. 

i also have all the pants i have that lost international and they are between 20-30$

@agemelee   again, r u sure u set up the int'l shipping on the listings?

if u get converted to ebay int'l shipping from GSP or EISD, you have to manually do the switch on the listings, can be done in bulk

Yes. I literally just relisted this item to try and test it, and redid the listing

it still isnt functioning.

Ok on some of the pants I have listed, going into the listing and hitting revise then relist added it. 

However, the sunglasses over $1000 are not working. I even tried creating a “dummy” listing just to see and still no avail. (Essentially just a listing at $1500 with one image to see and had selectes ebay international)

The other item I am noticing are those boots. I have both a pair brand new and one pre owned. Neither is working. 

On a different note: flat rate boxes are disappearing from shipping options too (all flat rate)

as for the flat rate, i saw them as available when i shipped 2 packages earlier today. did u click on the 'compare all services' at the bottom of what they show as available?

Its literally disappearing on the IOS app. I will have to check on the desktop. 

example: if an item has flat rate envelope, and i go to edit it says I don’t have any shipping selected

Ok through trial and error discovered the issue with the shoes:

Athletic Shoe category is not shipping international. I took the listing and changed it to “boot” and it then listed all the countries. 

I then changed it back to athletic shoe category and the item was no longer international even though ebay international was still selected
