Is anyone else unable to add a GSP item to a bulk shipment?

Is anyone else unable to add a GSP item to a bulk shipment?  For example, five items(labels) to the buyer's actual address, and one GSP (Global shipping program). There was a brief period of time where these GSP items would be added to the bulk shipment and I could use a SCAN form for everything. Now I can only use the bulk shipment option on non-GSP items.  When I include a GSP item I will always receive this error message:  DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.  Any suggestions?

No Solution but I get the same thing. there's always a link on the page that says International Shipping is on the "new bulk shipping tool" but when I click it, it just takes me back to my seller page. Kind of annoying.
