Hi! I ordered an item on eBay to be delivered from Rochester, New York to Finland and the tracking is telling me it’s available for pickup in Philadelphia. Is it that USPS has delivered it there for eBay to collect and ship out internationally?

Paid for Tuesday night.Shipped Wed morning.Tracking shows it made it to the UPS hub Wed. I get a message this morning from buyer wanting me to ship another one because Tracking shows no movement.How do you reply to that? LOL
