A customer wants to return a book because he didn't like it. I have a no return policy. Is it worth it to refuse the return?
It's only
20.00, but its the principal. And, if I do accept it, I guess I will lose the shipping since it was free to the buyer.
One more question, does the buyer pay for return shipping?
Thank you!

That would be a "remorse" return, buyer pays for return. You can refuse the return if you like.

I'd refuse. You're not a lending library.
