Hi all, since I can't seem to get to an EBAY employee for help, I'll try for a solution in here.
I shipped an item to a buyer, during the shipping, the buyer had the P.O. forward the item to a second address for her. A location she was on her way to so wanted the item sent there instead. For whatever reason, the P.O. ended up sending it back to me. She now wants me to re-ship it to that new address. I have printed the new label and added the new tracking. She asked me to invoice her for the shipping amount. BUT... I can find NO Where for me to generate an invoice for this second tracking? Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Since the transaction was already paid for through eBay, it's ok to exchange contact info with the buyer. You can use PayPal or Venmo or whatever is most convenient for you both.

Unfortunately as things stand you can not ask for additional payment through Manage Payments/ eBay.
If you have a PayPal account then you can send her a payment request.
All you require is her email address.

Don't change the address from the original one or you lose any chance of any seller protections.
Refund the order/ tell her to change the address/ and give her the item number of the new listing you will be creating for that item, which includes the 'double' shipping cost for her to pay.
Reship and if they state 'not received' as soon as you show tracking went to another address, you are out of luck.

As long as the second tracking number is sent through messages and not uploaded to the transaction then all of that is not an issue. eBay will look at the tracking on the transaction which confirms an attempted delivery so the seller is covered for not received claims.
