so I was curious about this I had something shipped to me from the Netherlands and it was a completely different label also I’ve done international shipping but I’m guessing this is the first time on a sealed product question is . Do I just cut off the top corner as the label ? Or use all of it i can see I cut one in half and the other is the customs from . So is the top the label or the top right corner?

The label is the whole 'top half' (cut along the dotted line)
the bottom half is your record
also, sign and date where indicate on the left column
that IS the customs form for this shipment
are you sending this or just asking about it (you are the recipient)

Your buyer has an APO address and that's domestic shipping (thus ground advantage) but APO requires a customs doc.

The whole upper half is the label.
