We had a problem retrieving the label. [Error: 64541-Content type Documents is only supported for First Class Mail International]
Above is the error we get. We have 4 packages ready to ship. Help.

Error: 64541-Content type Documents is only supported for First Class Mail International
Due to Post Office changes, documents and packages are to be labeled differently as of Jan 21st, 2018, that is my best guess through googling. Please help with this matter, shipment is waiting to be processed.

The same is happening with me. If I can't ship international orders because of this, will eBay fault me for late shipping?
The "rate changes" are no excuse.
eBay should have been prepared.

Just came from post office and there is no problem sending your over seas parcels First Class Mail. Just have to do things old school and fill out the customs form. So Feebay just drags their heels to get lower rates and don't pass on to the seller...that's their version of negotiations with post office...
