I sold  and shipped 2 items to a lady in Australia (repeat customer) on the 24th February it took till 3rd March to be delived to Glendale Heights,IL and then another 10 days, the 13th March  to continue on its journey via DHL. Is there a new procedure?  Why so long?

I didn't want your post to get lost so I decided to put my 2 cents in so someone would answer it.

'Glendale Heights'...here a question as well...do all packages go there and then to Australia?...or is it only eBay label postage packages?

Items for some countries get a delay at the "hub", but Australia should not be one of those countries.  No recent one to Australia, but mine did not hang around there very long.

It was delivered at the destination in Australia yesterday!  Now watching another shipment...mailed from Florida 4th March and arrived San Francisco 7th March and still not arrived in Hawaii....USPS ?????
