International Shipping Protection

Does anyone know if I ship USPS First Class Package International or International Standard Delivery will Ebay cover me if the package is lost? I was under the impression that I would be protected only if I use USPS Priority Mail International Package. Does anyone know? I need to ship today and I had to email my question to Ebay instead of being able to call them due to Covid19.

If the package is lost, you are responsible for refunding the buyer if you do not insure the package.

The Seller Protection covers you if you use tracking and tracking shows DELIVERED to your buyer if the buyer claims s/he never received the package.
