International Shipping Issues

eBay only charged the International buyer from Brazil $14.03 but the system is charging me $19 that is not fair!!

So my PTSD skyrocketed with the person from India until after several times I asked for a supervisor and the rep did not want to fix the issue! However the supervisor fixed the issue and explained by showing me my mistake! I give 10 stars to the supervisor for understanding!!

Life isnt Fair .... Fair depends on perception.

Things are never "fair" for those who feel that everything should go their way.

"person from India" Who cares where the CS person is from... Is this a racist statement because it came across that way?

At least you came back and admitted the issues was yours and you owned your mistake.

I'm curious what they told you as they often are not familiar with shipping issues.

Your recent sold listings show that you ship first class international large envelope.  That service is for a first class flat and you can't print a label on eBay for it so would have to use stamps.  The label you printed was for first class parcel which does have tracking. A first class international flat does not have tracking.

Your USB cable listing also has that international shipping method so you might want to change it.

Not racist! The person was from India, different customs. Not everything is racist , lol 😉 But yes the rep walked me through it as any good CS person should do regardless of where they are from!!
