Not racist! The person was from India, different customs. Not everything
is racist , lol But yes the rep walked me through it as any good CS
person should do regardless of where they are from!!
So my PTSD skyrocketed with the person from India until after several
times I asked for a supervisor and the rep did not want to fix the
issue! However the supervisor fixed the issue and explained by showing
