How can we (or do we not yet have the ability to) use the new eBay feature to set up a distinct international return policy different from domestic returns when we are using the eBay Business Policies feature rather than setting the policy with each listing?

I just got the update today. I checked my business policies for returns and each one had international returns free or with customer paying on the ones I have that on still. So go to your business policies and click edit on each one you have for returns. Then unclick the international they chose for you and reclick what you want it to be. Hope this helps. Ours just updated about 10 minutes ago and I caught it. We don't even sell international but they had chosen policies for us.
