International Package Returned Because of Errors in Customs Form -- What did I do wrong???

I got a big order from China from a repeat buyer. Last time I shipped with First Class International but it took a long time to arrive, so went for Priority Mail International this time.

Thought I’d done everything correctly, but the package was returned to sender and it came with a little paper that says ‘RETURNED FOR EXPORT COMPLIANCE’ with ‘Recipient address must be in Roman letters/numerals’ and ‘Obsolete/Improper/Invalid customs declaration’ checked… What’s confusing is A: I don’t know why the customs declaration is invalid. B: The recipient address is in Chinese. When I mailed First Class International the address was in Chinese and there was no problem. Worried the package might get misplaced if the address is in English… And not sure the buyer will be able to translate their address properly.

I did leave some of the boxes on the customs declaration blank like ‘detailed description of contents’. I left that blank the first time too and there wasn’t an issue.

Also, can I get a refund for the first label since it came back? It costed $80 so… Would really be not great to have to buy another expensive label and pay for this one on top of it. So worried I’ll make another mistake on the new label and have to pay for all of them.

Any help would be SUPER appreciated – I’m really confused about all this. : (

Uploaded some photos of the package/paper to Imgur if it's helpful:
