Hi,
I shipped several international packages around March 13th. I have had one for Hungary sitting at SFO international distribution center since 18th of March. Another for Germany since 27th of March. I have one for france that says "Departed" SFO on 31 March.
Alos, I have two more I sent to Germany that left SFO on 01 April and Arrived at Tokyo on 04 April, Then depart Tokyo. Seems a strange way to get to Europe. Any ideas why this is happening? Are they going to Japan and then onto a boat?
Regards,
Aubrey

Aubrey,
Might be a good idea to remove the international option from your listings. There is no control once it leaves the U.S. The best you can do now is to track what you have in play and overcommunicate with the buyers so there is a record of it.
If the Bots get you at least you will have a case if you can get a human on the phone.
Hope that helps.

The number of overseas flights has dropped dramatically, on average at least 80% and for many destinations 95% or even completely. In addition to the lack of flights a few countries are not accepting International mail at all.
USPS has been holding packages because this (they have just started refusing/returning packages destined for some countries). USPS will still attempt to move some of this mail as space becomes available, it may involve some unusual routing.
