I sent an order via USPS GA on Nov 20th to WA, using an eBay shipping label. Today, I learned that the package is being returned due to an insufficient address.
Should I contact the buyer now or wait until the package is returned to me by the USPS?
I also shipped a second order to this same buyer and address on Nov 22nd. It is too soon to tell by the tracking info whether there will be a problem with this second package, but it is likely.

It would be wise to wait until the item has been returned to you, before contacting the seller, and also before refunding.
Strange things "occasionally" happen at USPS, and your item may actually be delivered to the buyer's address.
I am still waiting for a similar "return to sender" package from July 2023 (!!!) which has never yet been returned to me, and the buyer has not yet opened an INR case!

Dang... I'm not one to act until I had the goods in my hand. I suppose then is when I'd contact the buyer.
Thinking ahead... 1) hopefully, the second package will come back, and you can reship it all to a good address, and 2) hopefully that will keep the buyer for asking you for a package intercept of the second order. Good luck and good golly...

Thank you for the excellent advice. Both packages were delivered to the buyer this afternoon.
