Indicating orders as shipped

Has anyone experienced any problems with indicating orders a shipped? We have about 100 - 200 orders to dispatch each day but the ebay system seems to be lagging incredibly. You indicate orders as shipped and after refreshing the screen they still show as 'ready to ship', even after waiting several hours and repeating the process of marking them as shipped they still remain in the status 'ready to ship'?

That is very strange. Are you updating and marking as shipped from the eBay site directly? Or are you using a 3rd party tool?

Where are you printing your shipping labels?

If you use ebay or Paypal, the tracking number is uploaded automatically.  Make sure you print out the SCAN sheet and have the postal clerk scan it.

If you are using a third party program to print your labels, and they do not upload to ebay, then you will have to manually enter the tracking numbers into each paid order.
