If you ship in multiple boxes, does every package need signature confirmation for $750+?

If you have an order $750+ that you need to ship in multiple boxes, will every single box need added signature confirmation? Or will one suffice?

Thanks!

Well let's consider 2 possible outcomes. Based on your comment let us assume there are 2 boxes, one with signature confirmation and one without,

1) The one with the signature gets delivered but the other is lost in transit. Buyer files and INR claim (because he only got half his order). You produce the signature and the buyer loses. But he only got half of his order. That is inherently unfair to them.

2) The one without the signature gets delivered and the signature one gets lost. Buyer files an INR but without the signature you lose and have to make a full refund. That is inherently unfair to you since the buyer did get half the order.

You should be able to figure out the proper solution on your own.

You make great points. To play devil's advocate, I did call eBay, and they told me that only one shipment out of an order of several would be required to have a signature for seller protection.

I guess my concern was saving potentially tens of dollars on additional signatures if several boxes are needed for an order. But better safe than sorry in the end.
