When I sell more than one item to the same seller. I send them the invoice, and each time it does not work. It keeps saying "Something went wrong. Try again later."

Today again I sold 4 items to the same person and tried to send them an invoice, but it still would not go through. This has been happening for several weeks.

I end up copying the invoice and sending it to them like that...very unprofessional! Am I the only one having this problem? It is hard enough to sell, but putting these stumbling blocks is not cool at all!

I assume you are clicking on Send Invoice on one of the items before any of the four are paid for. If so, the next page should show all four items for you to select and combine. If this is not working try doing this from the label management page.

You also might want to check you have Combined Payments enabled in your Shipping Preferences. This will allow buyers to put items in their cart and request a total.
