I had a case opened last night for an INR that was sold and mailed on January 15th. It was updated on Feb 1st and says it's currently being processed in customs. I try to sign in to reply to the case and it's taking me to a different eBay site in German??? I can't sign in or read most of it!! Her eBay username says Germany but the address was a Brazil address? How do you reply on another eBay site? What can I do now?? HELP!!
