Last month I was about to print a shipping label out when I encountered a problem getting my printer to print out the label. I had to actually delete my Canon APP from my desktop and reinstall the Canon app. Then I went back to print onother label and it sold me a secong label. So i had two labels printed for the same shipment. The next day i cancelled the second label and I was sent o confirmation that Fedex would reimburse me for that label within 14/15 days. After waiting for almost a month I did not get any money back. So I called Ebay and explained in detail what was going on and they could clearly see that my account showed the two labels with two different tracking numbers show up. They said they would look in to the problem and that they would get Fedex to reinburse me for the label. Well we are now almost two months and still no response. I would not care if it was aone or two dollar label BUT we are talking about a $19.94 label. As a 23 year seller you would think that this would have been a simple task. Well Looks like Im getting screwed here.

You need to look in your transactions history because there is never a notification when you get a refund on shipping labels. It will just show up as a Voided label Refund, it's easy to miss if you're not looking for it.

It's best to save the label as a .JPG and then print it from the file. If anything goes wrong, you can print more without issues like that.

Did FedEx use a weapon or physical force?

We thought Fed Ex didn't charge your account until the label was actually used ?

That was my impression as well, no charge until it's scanned in by FedEx, weight/dimensions confirmed and every possible surcharge is added.
I could be wrong, I've never used FedEx via eBay.

You are exactly right.

I noticed changes on the help page about voiding labels so maybe something is different now?
How long you have to cancel a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used.

Just a note Fedex used the first label that i eventually printed out after the glich was done with the Cenon printer app. The second label was the one I cancelled i gave ebay & fedex both tracking numbers. and it clearly showed the first label used as the delivery label i used to send the item to thebuyer. The second label is the one I cancelled now going on 7 weeks
