Hi all,
I sold a heavy order so I packed it in two boxes. I printed a label for the weight of the first box and went to "print another label for this order". I put in the weight on the second box, paid and the second label that printed has the same tracking number as the first one. I think the post office will think I only paid for one box, but I was charged twice. What did I do wrong? Should I have put in the total weight for the first box?
TIA

Click on Shipping labels under Sell on the ebay page and void the 2nd label.
Click on Print another label (again). You should get a totally different tracking number. If not, then there is an ebay glitch.

Can you view the labels from the shipping center? I wonder if you just had a printing glitch and printed a second copy of label 1. If you paid twice, the second label should have a different image, with of course a different tracking number. You might be able to proceed by just printing that label.

Thank you both, couldabeenworse and stuff4divas, I went to shipping labels and sure enough, the second box had a completely different tracking number, so I just reprinred it. Whew!
