I want to cancel the order number But I can't.

Hi, there are (AI Bot) that's keeping Buyer and Seller from cancelling eBay number because the Seller mark the UPS label "This item has been shipped" B.S Seller didn't ship it yet because... Seller was hold on to it...till I informed the Seller that the item was already "activated" and I want to cancel the order number But I can't...Please Advise...Thx

The seller can still cancel it even if it is marked as shipped.  But it is up to them whether or not they want to cancel it.

The seller is the only one that can cancel the order, so you need to ask them, but they are not required to cancel.
