I bought an item as a guest user. Went to my order confirmation email, clicked view order details. Typed in the email and access code in the order confirmation email. And as I clicked log in, I keep getting a prompt saying "The email or access code you've entered is incorrect. If you have registered, please log in."

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation there isn't a tracking number uploaded to eBay so there is nothing to track yet. Contact the seller. And when you click the link in the emails, make sure you aren't already logged in to your ebay account.

@bensofrancisc_0 If you have the item number, type this into your browser http://www.ebay.com/itm/ and type the item number at the end. It will bring up the listing and there will be a link to contact the seller 🙂

There are no eBay employees here, and your seller is not here.
You need to contact your seller through the Item link or through the confirmation email that you received.
Or, contact eBay by phone.
Go to the bottom of this page, click on "help and contact" and follow the prompts.
