What I see i the photos you posted shows you purchased a $99 grip add on kit for a Crane stabilizer - not a $550 Crane stabilizer and the handle kit.
I agree. It looks to me that you received exactly what you ordered.

The item title seems deceptive though, which maybe makes it legitimately SNAD.
Or it is just SNAI (Significantly Not As Imagined) which is the next best thing.

I agree, the title quite clearly describes the entire assembly, not just the grips, and the second photo posted by the OP also shows the entire assembly: crossbar and grips.
The illustration on the box appears to be highlighting only the grips, not the crossbar, although I have to say that it looks like an awfully wide box to be holding only a pair of grips.

Sorry, I'm overanalyzing this...
Okay, the title of the listing describes the entire camera stabilizer, and the first listing photo shows the entire stabilizer as well. The second photo shows the handle assembly alone, on a plain background, and the $99 price seems commensurate with that, but the title combined with the big first photo definitely suggest that the entire stabilizer was for sale, regardless of whether the price seemed low. (e.g. The title reads, "...with Dual Handle Grip," even though the listing was apparently for only the handle grip.) I'd file the Not As Described complaint.
