A few months ago I bought the item 113322447872 and it never arrived.

I am trying to make a dispute for the return of the money and it does not leave me.

The last one of that item shows sold 10/28/18 with an estimated delivery window of 17 to 34 business days. The eBay MBG is valid 30 days from the last estimated delivery date. That means the last day to open a case on eBay should be somewhere around 1/11/19. If you were not one of the buyers on 10/28/18, and were on of the earlier purchasers, then your 30 day dispute window through eBay may already be closed.

What does the tracking show (if anything)?

Click on the more action options, and choose "I didn't receive it"

If the item is not in your purchase history you may have to call eBay.

Or open a dispute via PayPal where you have 180 days from the purchase date. (if you open a PayPal case you can not go back and open an eBay case if eligible after the fact, so try the eBay route first)
