but from now I didn't see my Oder shipping or tracking numbe, and I try to contact to seller but l can't see their location, I try to ask my Oder but I didn't receive any confirmation, and there many bad reviews about this seller under, so can you help me contact with them please, I need to know about my Oder, I want to cancel it.

Wait until the estimated delivery date on the order passes @do-8399 , then file a non-receipt claim if you don't have your item yet.

You cannot cancel order.

You have to wait until "estimated date of delivery" one day after delivery to ask for a refund if not received.

Not everyone does tracking or downloads it.
