I need to talk to a real customer service rep!

I’m so fed up. I’ve been waiting on an order since December. It says estimated arrival to be in April and it says it’s already delivered. I contacted the seller two months ago, they said they’d give me a refund. Welp, no refund on my account so far. I contacted them again this month and they didn’t respond. I spent way too much time in the eBay help section; “report an item that hasn’t arrived” will not show the item of concern, which means I can’t select and proceed with filing a case. The automated live chat is NO help, that stupid bot couldn’t even understand my legible sentences! I just want my refund! I’m so furious, please help!

You have left it way too late for eBay claims and also too late for Paypal now.

 

If you paid with a Credit Card you can ask the provider to open a chargeback, but be quick about it, some banks only do that for 6 months - 12months
