I ordered a hat on here that was supposed to come on the 31st of March. I was getting worried as this only my 2nd time buying from here. So I opened a request and I have sent numerous messages to them with no answer. They have not done anything with the request. So I contacted the USPS yesterday and they told me the seller has not packaged it and sent it to me. Then the item moved today as seen in the image. Is the item now coming or what?

It's possible although unlikely USPS has the item and it has not been scanned.
However the seller's lack of response plus lack of tracking updates would have me filing the item not received complaint also. If the seller has indeed not mailed it they may do so, or if not you get the money back.

Where to start. USPS has been very behind on shipments, partly due to covid, partly due to budget cuts, partly due to understaffing due to covid, etc. Yes your package is slightly delayed but it's really not that long as compared to others these days.
USPS cannot comment on whether your seller hasn't actually packaged your item, unless they visited the house of your seller in person. What can be seen by the tracking you uploaded is that the seller did print out your label on 3/25, one would presume in order to ship it out.
After that unfortunately the seller did not get an acceptance scan from USPS. So now the tracking hasn't been updated. Sellers are not required to respond to questions from buyers. Of course the seller SHOULD respond but they are not obligated to do so. If you are continuing to send messages that may now be the reason why they aren't responding to you.
Seller may have become ill or distracted with something else, life does go one for folks, and perhaps they aren't checking their messages. Only you can see if they are still selling other items or auctions.
What you should do is simply go to this item in your purchase history and open an item not received case. Your transaction was through eBay so that is who you should be contacting by opening the correct case. Once you do this the seller will be forced to respond or you will receive a full refund. You will not be out any money. Just try to be a little more patient and follow the correct procedures. This will all work out in your favor. Best of luck to you....

The image does not show package movement. There is no evidence that USPS has received your package.
You need to file a case with eBay for 'Item not received."

As @nobody*s_perfect said, USPS did not get the package...it was never shipped.
"Shipping label created, USPS AWAITS item" - meaning USPS is waiting for the seller to give them the item to send to you.
Either your seller never sent the item or the seller dropped off the item without waiting for an acceptance scan from USPS...either way, the responsibility falls on the seller to get the item to you.
You need to open that item not received case against the seller. The seller will have 3 days to respond with a satisfactory answer. If your seller does not respond, have eBay step in on the 4th day and eBay will refund you your money.
DO NOT let your case expire without any action.
DO NOT close your case until you either get your item or your money.

4 out of 4 responders say to do it again, despite it's already open:

Perhaps good help is hard to find these days.
