I'm the seller and my buyer has not received the product Order # 12-09667-38633

I sent this item February 5, 2023. The tracking # says that it is sitting in RI since the 6 Feb. 2023. What do I need to do?

-Is you sent it USPS go to their website and file a Missing Mail Piece claim

-The Buyer only has to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date to file an Item not received claim ... they have 30 days to do that and are running out of time.  If they file the claim and you upload the tracking number and there is no movement you will have to refund the Buyer in 4 days before the claim ends for your part

Get confirmed that tracking showed the end of delivery. Otherwise can not be confirmed the delivery. Also, note about the delivery date.

Not sure of the facts here.  Is RI the address of the buyer and it's sitting in his PO box?

Or is it for some unknown reason sitting at the PO waiting for the carrier to deliver it? 

If you can't figure that out, then contact the location where it's sitting and ask what needs to happen because you are probably on the edge of an INR case.

Has the buyer asked you about where it is? Are you in Rhode Island? Where is the buyer located?  Did the buyer open an "Item Not Received" claim?
