I initiated a return, seller has provided a tracking number, but there is no label to print

I initiated a return on an item that arrived damaged (not packaged sufficiently) and I got emails saying the seller accepted the return and to ship it out.  When I check the return details, there is a UPS tracking number that does show a result  when I search for it on the UPS website, but I can't find any way to print the label out.  Am I supposed to bring it to my UPS store and give them the tracking number and they'll print it out?  This is the most recent entry on the tracking results below.  I'm not sure what to do.

"- The package will be delivered to the recipient’s preferred UPS Access Point™ location."

"- Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet."

"- Tracking number provided"

eBay does not generate UPS return labels. If you're seeing a UPS tracking number then the seller generated the label off eBay and they need to send you a copy of the label.

You definitely don't see a copy of the label to print in your email or eBay messages or the return details?

If not, send a message to the seller and ask them for a copy of the UPS label. Give them at least 24 hours to respond (or longer if over weekend). If they refuse you'll need to contact eBay CS and tell them the seller isn't providing a label.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.
