Hi, I won an item on December 9 and made the payment, but the seller hasn't responded back notifying the item has been shipped. I've tried to contact the seller many times but everytime I try to write something the page says I can't write to said seller. Why can't I write to the seller if I won the auction and need to know my item's status? I hope I get an answer to this so I can know the status of my item, thanks.
