Hey,
I sold an item, and the customer received it. He claimed that it has an issue, and he returned to the wrong address. The USPS returns it to the customer again. The customer gets the refund and the item.
I am having a hard time contacting EBAY. How can I get my item back? Please help me.
Thanks!

How long ago did this happen and how did he get the wrong address? Didn't you send him a return label?

Sounds like another crazy and totally exploitable loop hole.

If the return label was issued by Ebay and you didn't have the correct return address, about all you can do is work with the buyer.
Ask them if they'll return it if you send them another prepaid shipping label.

Oh gosh sorry about this! Unfortunately if eBay issued a return label to the buyer. They probably used what ever address you had on file with them. Sorry but sounds like this is going to be a tough way to learn to keep the eBay address up to date.
Hopefully, the buyer will be honest and ship it back to you on a second label, with the right address. Nice to see the person at your old address was honest enough to refuse the package!

I doubt so. Try to work with the buyer as suggested. Moving forward, go to your Account Settings/Personal Info/Addresses and set each of them up correctly. Sorry about the hard lesson learned.
