I have not received the item and i can not open request for money back

I made an order from the Vanga user in July 2017. The goods did not arrive at the appointed time. I contacted the seller and he said to wait another couple of weeks. After two weeks, the goods did not exist. The seller promised to send anew.Therefore he twice seemed to be sending goods that I have not received. I'm trying to open a request for a return of goods on E-buy.I'm trying to open a request for a return of goods to E-buy. I receive an error that such a product is not found. How to link to E-buy? What to do in this case?

Well you are on ebay right now not e-buy. Are you on the wrong site? 

 

If you meant EBAY then you can't open a case and I must ask why you have not read the money back guarantee? And why you waited 8 months? You had 30 days from the latest delivery estimate to file an item not received case with ebay and 180 days from the date of payment to pay with paypal IF that is how you paid. Its been way too long, hopefully this wasn't an expensive lesson.

 

If you did mean e-buy then you are asking for help at the wrong place.

This is Ebay,not E BUY.

If it is E buy on Facebook,you need to go to Facebook .

there is nothing we can do for you,but if you have used a credit card,file chargeback with your credit card issuer ,tell them you did not receive the item

Unfortunately you had 60 days from the date of purchase to leave feedback for the seller. I’m so sorry you were taken advantage of. File a credit card chargeback if possible.
