I entered the wrong tracking number. I do not see an edit button or anyway to correct it.

You often can't remove the incorrect one. You can enter another one so, then there will be two.  Message the buyer and explain what happened so they don't worry about the incorrect one.

If I remember, if you print an ebay label, the old number stays and you just add the new one.  However, if you had manually entered the number, an edit will replace it.  Although who knows with all the shipping center changes, but at least only the number that gets scanned is valid.
