So, first delivery attempt has been made without success.
eBay's tracking shows it (tracking info not shown in english, at least not for me), but the system has not automatically marked it same as Delivered. Should it after the first attempt?
According to the tracking at delivery company website a delivery will be tried again after which I guess it goes to the post office where buyer should be pick it up.

First attempted delivery, same as "Delivered" ?
No. 'Attempted delivery' and 'Delivered' are two different things.

Hmm, okay... I did read somewhere, in old threads, that attempted delivery should count same as delivered, but then I guess it's only if buyer doesn't pick it up after it has been at the post office long enough to be returned that eBay considers the buyer refused delivery.
EDIT: What if the buyer hides from postman enough delivery attempt times for the latest estimated delivery time to pass and then files for INR 😄 I know it's too early to think that there will be problems but reading these forums does not give full confidence to the system.

In seller hub, check your Paid and Shipped Items. What does it say there? Might take it a day or two to catch up if attempted is the same as delivered.
Others might be along to clarify.

Tracking there shows the same, attempted delivery but not in english. After opening this thread tracking was updated and apparently there will be no more delivery attempts or at least it now shows "Pickup point delivery" and city which it didn't before.
