I do not accept returns, return request still open-respond by March 26- am I able to close this?

Buyer purchased item but did not read description or look at photos. Item was missing some doors- it is a Thomas Train huge roundhouse. Reason for return was changed mind. I called ebay who assured me that I did not have to accept the return. I do accept returns most of the time, but because the original shippping cost was $27.00 I declined on this one. (I offer free shipping I advised the buyer that they would be responsible for return shpiing cost and they never responded to the open return) I can't find anyway to close this. It says respond by March 26th. Does anyone know how long this will stay on?

Wow.....you can’t decline this return if you offered returns on the listing. No matter what customer service told you. If you accept returns on this item then the fact that you offered free shipping is irrelevant. You should have accepted the return.

The op did have no returns on this item.  

You said you declined the return but then said it hasn't closed ?  If you declined it should just close

Thanks, i wasn’t clear on the return policy for this listing because they contradicted themselves. They said they both accept and do not accept returns. And it’s impossible to look at sold listings on the mobile platform anymore, eBay gives 0 results.

I dont think seller can close the return,either buyer changes his mind and close the case or it just die
