I cannot change USPS media mail rate

I sell primarily books and am trying to list a few more today.  I go to try and change the amount for the media mail and it is stuck on $3.92, will not let me change it to a different amount.  Anyone know anything about this? thanks

Isn't 3.92 the media mail rate for under 16 ounces? (regardless of dimensions)

I'm with Monica... it sounds like a weight error or you need to change your shipping policy.

If this is a weight issue (or a multiple-items-in-a-lot issue), have you attempted to create a new shipping policy, which would permit you to change the price upwards from $3.92?

Keep in mind that USPS Media will increase in January 2024.
