My item was shipped USPS to a Portland address that apparently is a freight forwarding service. The tracking says DELIVERED TO AGENT FOR FINAL DELIVERY. That was three weeks ago; there is no additional info added when I check for a tracking update. Now the buyer has filed an item not delivered case. I responded with the tracking info. The buyer says he forgot to change his shipping address on his eBay info when he paid and I shipped, which is unfortunate, but certainly not my fault.
My question: Does "delivered to agent for final delivery" count as "delivered" for eBay purposes? Or will eBay say it still is not delivered because the "agent" hasn't completed "final delivery?" Thank you.
