That means @jameelia6 no estimate is available; for these happystance, eBay considers the last EDD to be 7 days/30 days from payment when the buyer and seller are in the same/different countries.
You can either
1. wait until after the 7/30 days to start an eBay INR; refund in 3 business days, or
2. open then immediately escalate a PayPal INR today; refund in 11 days.

When did you purchase?
what does the 'estimated delivery' say on your original purchase?
(go to my ebay, purchases, and click that item- sometimes at the top of that listing it will say 'click here to see your original purchase. It does this because when you look at the item today, it will not show the correct date for when you purchased)

I bought it on December 30. At that time, the estimated delivery date was January 6. The date has been pushed back to the 14th, most likely because the seller hasn't shipped it yet. I've tried contacting them numerous times, but I have gotten no response.

I'm not sure how sellers can 'change' the estimated delivery date, unless you are looking at their current listing, and not the 'one you bought'. Since the original was 1/6 and there is no tracking showing it's been shipped, and the 'system' is not letting you open a INR return, I would call ebay.

"open then immediately escalate a PayPal INR today; refund in 11 days."
If the seller refuses to respond, better to do this than allow a seasoned player time to game the system in some new and creative way.
