I can't contact the seller

I'm waiting for an item to be returned to the seller, he's propably received it by now. I tried to contact  him i get the error below. I don't know what to do now. I need to get my money back

He's "probably" received it? What does the tracking info show? If you didn't get tracking, you'll have no proof that the seller received it.

If you are messaging through the item ordered can you try switching to sending the seller a message either from the top of their seller page or through a different listed item. What does the tracking say as far as your sent back item goes? If tracking says delivered and you still can't get through then call eBay and they should be able to resolve it.

I got a tracking but it but it hasn’t been updated in a month.

I just found his page through order confirmation email, couldn't figure that out earlier. Case is closed
