I made this purchase as a guest. I admit that I am guilty of not reading thoroughly before making the purchase and didn't realize I was not buying a 4GB card, I purchased a 2GB card. A mistake, if you will.
When I try to request a refund, the sellers interface forbids refunds after 1 hour. It has been less than an hour but this practice concerns me. I'm hoping this will not turn into 4 to 6 weeks of back and fourth.
I did send the buyer an e-mail, however, at this hour of the day, I'm pretty sure it will take longer than the 1 hour requirement. I wasn't aware that eBay doesn't offer phone support.
What is suggested at this time?
