The return address is Israel. (according to ebay)
The return address is Nevada. (according to package I received )
Shipping cost and time are critical.
What am I to do now?
If I crossed the "international boundary", then I apologize.
If this was not not my fault, should I cancel payment or something?
Please advise. Thanks.

What is the reason for returning the item? If the reason is "Doesn't work or defective," you should be filing for a return in eBay's Resolution Center. The seller will provide the mailing label with the correct return address. You don't have to worry about whether it goes back to Israel or to Nevada--that's the seller's problem.
You should not be creating your own return label and returning the item on your own. You should be using eBay's Resolution Center. All kinds of problems can crop up down the line if you don't use the Resolution Center.

Okay. Thank you.
I think I am in "resolution center"
In my purchase history it is under -Returns and Cancelled orders
The label that it says to print reads reads Israel.

and the next step is to "mark as shipped."
