I asked for a return label, which the seller provided. I see they are in Houston. I am hesitant to send a $90.00 chain back with a generic label ( no insurance) to this company, am afraid it it is lost, I will be out the $ and the chain.

As long as you have a return case open in eBay and the label has tracking, you have nothing to worry about.

Actually, the MBG states that "If the seller chooses to offer the buyer an untracked returns label, the buyer will not be required to provide proof of delivery of the return if eBay is asked to step in and help. The seller will be responsible for the reimbursement amount."

Why do you think that you will lose your money?

All you need is tracking, which you have. If you want insurance which the seller is NOT required to provide, pay for it. But its not necessary. The seller issued the label and the seller is responsible is the package goes missing before delivery.
