Seller did not shipp the item

I used option pay now for the item, but seller didnt marked item as shipped and he doesnt respond to my messages, what should I do? Tnx in advance

I don't know what you should do.

I do know that I would wait  till a couple of days past the LAST ESTIMATED Delivery Date displayed on the listing.

In the meantime I would study the eBay Money Back Guarantee displayed on the listing so that I know what to do if the item is overdue & the seller has not replied.

If the seller did not respond to your messages, how can you possibly know he hasn't shipped? Ebay does not require sellers to mark items shipped or provide tracking (I wish they did). So lack of a shipping confirmation & tracking number does not mean the seller hasn't shipped. What you should do is, re-read the listing and note the latest delivery estimate. 1 day after that date, you can open an item not received case in the resolution center.

What does this mean?  Are you saying you clicked on the Buy It Now button to purchase an item you desired?  Did you just purchase it or did you also pay for it?  If you have paid for it, what method of payment did you use?
