Not that I'm aware of.
Also, I don't understand why one would want to exclude APO/FPO addresses since it isn't much different than domestic shipping ... maybe there are international restrictions on products one might be selling.

DPO is Diplomatic Post Office, for mail going to embassies or other U.S. diplomatic locations, according to what I see on this info page here:
https://support.govx.com/hc/en-us/articles/226407608-Shipping-via-Military-Mail-APO-FPO-DPO-
Note that that page is aimed primarily at people writing out their own addresses, not receiving a buyer's address with payment (where you need to use it as-is, as-received), but it gives some interesting background on who you might be shipping to and how your package will get there.

I agree, I don't understand. Military men and women are putting their lives on the line to save you - but they are not worthy to buy something from you? APO/FPO addresses are US based... They can buy from me anytime... including the DPO - Diplomatic Post Office. As already noted - this could be interesting for you... 🙂 If you don't want these customers -please send them to me.

Possibly because it can be difficult to get delivery confirmation?

DC for military mail works the same as domestic. The only difference is, it's handed to Military Mail Service for the final delivery.

completely wrong. There is no confirmed delivery for APO/FPO. You have no seller protection if you send there. But I guess people who are in the military are special and will never steal from anyone.

Well I've seen some posts where the seller had an INR filed because delivery couldn't be confirmed.
yup this is true, there is no confirmed delivery to APO/FPO. That is why eBay gives an option to block it.

I have nothing against the military but I don't ship anywhere that doesn't have confirmed delivery, nor should I be required to ship to them. If they want packages then the post office should put in the effort to confirm delivery and not be lazy and unreliable. If i'm running my own business I can decide where to ship and I have decided I will only ship to addresses where i'm protected, that is my right living in a free country.
I don't have to lose money on lost packages just because they are in the military. I don't run a business to give out donations.

I had to go back a few years to find the last time I had an APO shipment, but here it is. If they could manage it in 2012, I see no reason why they would stop doing it in 2019.

Just to seal the argument, here is an APO delivery from Match of THIS year. Delivery is CONFIRMED.
I am also a veteran and offended by shutting us/them out.

I believe DPO stands for Diplomatic Post Office.
Personally, I'm puzzled as to why you don't wish to ship to APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses? Is there a reason for not selling to members of our armed forces and/or their dependents?

ABSOLUTLY, I would never block our military and their family's. In fact if I see that the seller blocks them I hit my back button.
