You will have to be a bit more specific.  At what point are you having problems and what happens?

Are you using the app or the website?

Is the problem with purchasing the label or printing?

If it's printing, then what's the issue? Is there an error message? A blank page?

Are you downloading a PDF? Are you printing using the PDF reader in your browser or opening the file with Adobe?
